SHIPPING POLICY

1. General Information

We deliver products purchased on soluje.com within Ukraine and internationally. Order processing begins upon payment confirmation. Orders are prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days.

2. Delivery Within Ukraine
Delivery to a Nova Poshta branch: free of charge. We will contact you to confirm your preferred branch. Please provide a convenient address in your city at checkout. Courier delivery via Nova Poshta: 70 UAH. Delivered directly to your address. The estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days depending on the destination. Once the order has been dispatched, the buyer receives a tracking number.

3. International Delivery
International orders are delivered through our logistics partners — FedEx, UPS, DPD, or Nova Post — depending on the destination country.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout and are fixed for the selected delivery method. Once the order has been dispatched, the buyer receives a tracking number.

We do not ship to Russia and Belorussia. 

4. Customs Duties and Import Charges

For international deliveries, import duties, taxes, and customs fees may be applied in the destination country. These charges are determined by the customs authorities of the buyer’s country — the seller has no ability to influence or predict their exact amount in advance.

For orders shipped to the United States, all duties and import taxes are included in the product price for orders up to $799 USD — no additional charges will apply to the buyer. For orders exceeding this amount, additional duties or import taxes may be applied and will be the responsibility of the buyer.

For orders to other countries, we recommend reviewing the customs regulations of your country prior to placing an order.

5. Pre-Shipment Confirmation (International Orders)

Before dispatching an international order, the seller may contact the buyer via email, SMS, or messenger to confirm their readiness to cover any applicable customs charges in the destination country.

If the buyer is not prepared to pay the customs charges, the order will be cancelled and the full amount paid will be refunded with no deductions. Shipment will only proceed upon receipt of confirmation.

6. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery timeframes depend on the destination country and region and can be reviewed at the checkout stage.

Once the parcel has been handed over to the carrier, delivery timeframes are determined by the shipping service. The seller is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs authorities, or other circumstances beyond their control.

Once dispatched, the buyer receives a tracking number. For any enquiries regarding order status, please contact the seller.

7. Buyer’s Responsibility for Accuracy of Information

The buyer is responsible for providing a correct delivery address and accurate contact details at the time of placing the order. Incorrect information may result in delays or failure to deliver.
